Rick is the original founder of AspenMedia in 1994 and has been driving the company forward from it's roots in San Francisco to it's present day location here in sunny Orange County, California. Rick has degrees in Business Management, Engineering and Commercial Art. His varied education allow him to work and excel in this challenging arena of creativity and high technology. Rick has been personally involved in several start up companies that are now public. He was on the original creative team behind Yahoo! and one of the principle designers of the business identity and logo. Rick has designed, engineered, consulted and launched over 500 business web site applications over the past 12 years. Leila Romano - Marketing/CFO
Leila holds a degree in Business Marketing, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California at Riverside. Prior to working with AspenMedia Leila was the Lead Product Developer and Brand Manager for Tender Loving Things for over 4 years. Through this position Leila acquired a vast understanding of marketing and brand development as well as overseas sourcing and production. Knowing the challenges and the opportunities facing AspenMedia Leila decided to join her husband in 1998 to engage new clients and bring further expertise to the AspenMedia team. Leila brings a fresh perspective and a concentration on detail that raises the quality of all projects she is involved with. Leila functions as a lead consultant and project manager on all traditional marketing, advertising and new business development clients who engage AspenMedia as the agency of choice.

Kevin Shaw - Print Production Director
Kevin is truly a valued asset for the AspenMedia team. Traditionally trained as a electrical and mechanical engineer Kevin left his long term career as Sales Engineer with Fluor Corporation to open his own business in printing and digital color output. After 15 years Kevin decided to join the AspenMedia team in an effort to close the circle of service and provide a one-stop-shop for all business marketing services. As the Director of Print Production Kevin is involved in every aspect of print production helping to guide the process and deliver top quality results to AspenMedia clients every time.

Tom Eiduconis - Digital designer
Tom was educated at one of the leading schools for creative studies in the Nation, Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Tom graduated at the top of his class and holds numerous creative awards for his efforts. Tom joined the AspenMedia team as a Production Artist and soon excelled to Lead Digital Designer. His creative ability and knowledge of both 2D and 3D applications brings a new level of expertise and ability to the AspenMedia team.
